Our changeover day is flexible, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred arrival and departure days wherever possible.

 

The house will be ready for your arrival from 3 pm, and we kindly ask that you vacate by 11 am on your departure day.

 

If you have a late flight, please let us know, we will always try to arrange a later checkout, depending on the arrival time of our next guests.

 

Prices for the property are listed per week in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of all property-related costs, including utilities, linen, maid service (dependant on length of stay), bathroom towels, beach towels, and a complimentary ‘welcome pack.’

A £250 damage deposit is payable upon booking, will be refunded within 14 days of departure provided the following provisions are met:

• No damage is done to the property or any of its contents

• There is no smoking in the house

• All keys are left at the property

​

At the time of booking we require a 20% deposit with the balance being due 8 weeks prior to travel, we accept payment by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card.
